Commence the evening with a canapé and an arrival beverage in the bar while you stroll around the restaurant to admire the curated Australian art, including works from Lewis Miller, Sue Anderson, Dale Cox, Mary Tonkin & Philip Davey provided by Australian Galleries.
Next sit back and enjoy an amazing meal, handcrafted by Head Chef Darren Mercaldi, that is 100% Australian made. You will discover bush herbs & spices, local fruits and vegetables, and native fish and meat, such as Murray cod, wallaby, crocodile & emu. This five-course meal will be matched to handselected Australian wines to complete the journey in celebration of our beloved nation.
